Turn-and-tilt window hardware

Two-side multi-point locking for a turn-and-tilt sash: the leaf tilts in at the top for ventilation and swings in from the side for cleaning. The set is built around the NPD600 corner drive, pivot hinges and a continuous transmission rod on the handle side.

Turn-and-tilt (inward-opening, flat lower suspension) window with a Euro T-slot
Single moving sash, handed left or right
Two-side multi-point lock: locking plates on the handle side plus a corner drive to the hinge side

Profile and groove conditions

Sash and frame follow the OHL open-in groove basis: 4.5 × 3 mm sash groove, 5 × 3 mm frame groove, sash and frame notches 11.5 mm apart.
Recommended tilt sash width 280–480 mm, with a sash height-to-width ratio of about 1.5 : 1.
Handle installation depth within 7.5 mm of the frame face.

W is the outer tilt sash width, Ha the distance from the handle centre to the outer top of the sash, Hb the distance from the handle centre to the outer bottom of the sash.

Before you cut or drill

The fitted-window drawing is reproduced from catalogue p. 07 and numbers the parts to match the hardware set above.
Rods are cut from stock bar to the lengths below rather than ordered to length, so the lengths follow your sash dimensions.
Handle drilling and rod end positions depend on the sash profile. Send your profile drawing with the order and we will confirm the drilling positions.
