Profile and groove conditions

Sash and frame use the C-groove door profile; the face plate OHL.SK-201 closes the lock pocket.
Handle spindle length = leaf thickness + (40–46) mm; M5 screw length = leaf thickness + 15 mm.
Three hinges per leaf are standard. On a heavy leaf the third hinge sits at about 3/4 of the door height.

Before you cut or drill

Assembly drawings are reproduced from catalogue pp. 47 (PM100) and 49 (PM200).
Cylinders come in several specifications and are matched to the lock body and leaf thickness; confirm the cylinder length with the order.
Hinges are handed and the third hinge position depends on the leaf height.
