Handles

Lever handles for aluminium window sets, in the patterns ordered most often: Western, German and British patterns, a heavy-duty version and two deluxe shapes. The mounting pattern is printed on each catalogue drawing, so a handle can be matched to an existing profile without changing the drilling.

Codes are printed exactly as in the catalogue, so a repeat order can be matched line by line. Parameters are the ones the catalogue gives for each model; where the catalogue gives no figure, the cell is left out rather than estimated.

Lever handles OHL.DB

Baseplate length is the overall length of the plate; height is measured from the plate to the top of the lever. Both are read from the catalogue drawing of each handle.

What to check before ordering

These notes come from the catalogue pages named above and from the fitting information printed with the same family.

Fixing screws are M5 machine screws into the profile; the number in the table is the number of screws per handle.
The catalogue titles for the DB handles do not mark left and right. The cranked LD handles on pp. 85–86 are made in left and right versions, so state the handing when you order those.
When replacing a handle, send the screw-hole centres as well as the model code: the plate lengths in this selection run from 174 to 191 mm.
