Plant, process and evidence
Made in one plant, from mould to packed set
Design and mould development, stamping, die casting, injection moulding, surface finishing and assembly all run on the same 10,800 m² site in Rui'an, Zhejiang. That is what lets a hardware set be matched to a specific profile groove instead of sold as a generic kit.
10,800 m²
Plant site in Rui'an, Zhejiang, with mould making, production and finished-goods storage on one site.
6 processes
Design and mould development, stamping, die casting, injection moulding, surface finishing and assembly, all in-house.
ISO 9001 · 2010
Quality management system certification first obtained in 2010; the certificate itself is not reproduced on this site.
80 kg – 180 kg
Rated load published for the window hinges and the door hinges in the range.
Process chain
Six steps, one site
Each step below happens in the plant. Because the mould, the casting, the finish and the assembly are not subcontracted, a change to a profile part stays inside one conversation. Photographs are from the catalogue's company pages.
Design and mould development
Hardware is designed against the profile it has to fit, and the moulds for profile-specific parts are developed in the plant. Send the section drawing and the work starts from the groove you actually use, not from a generic kit.
Stamping
Press tools form the flat and sheet-metal parts of a set before they go on to finishing.
Die casting
Zinc-alloy parts are cast in the plant, then trimmed and finished here.
Injection moulding
Plastic components are moulded on the injection machines in the plant, then assembled with the metal parts of the same set.
Surface finishing
Parts are finished in-house to the colour ordered; the handle range runs from white through gold and silver to black.
Assembly
Components are assembled into the sets listed by catalogue code, checked and packed for shipment, so a window maker receives one set per window type instead of loose parts.

Quality evidence
What we can show, and where it comes from
Buyers ask for evidence before a first order. The evidence on this page is the plant, the certificates issued to the company and the load figures printed with each product family — nothing else is claimed.
ISO 9001 quality management system
The company first passed ISO 9001 certification in 2010, with Beijing Zhongliantianrun Certification Center. The certificate is not reproduced on this site: the copy printed in the catalogue is out of date, and we would rather leave it off than show a page that no longer applies.
If your supplier approval needs the current certification status, ask us and we will answer with the documents the company holds.
Measured load figures
| Component | Rated load | Used on | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Window hinges OHL.H | up to 80 kg | Inward and outward opening casement sashes | Catalogue p. 01; hinge models pp. 125–126 |
| Door hinges OHL.H | up to 180 kg | Aluminium swing doors | Catalogue p. 01; hinged-door set p. 47 |
| Turn-and-tilt hardware set | up to 90 kg | Turn-and-tilt sashes | Catalogue pp. 05–18 |
| Sliding roller pair OHL.HL | 45 kg max. | Sliding sashes, two rollers per sash | Catalogue p. 45; roller models pp. 140–141 |
These are the loads published for the components, not a guaranteed window rating: sash size, glass weight and profile all affect the final limit. Send the sash size and we will confirm the set for your window.

OEM and customisation
Made to your drawing, finish and colour
Most window makers do not buy a generic set: the profile decides the groove, the handing and the rod lengths. Tell us what you build and the set is adapted to it.
- By drawing — send the profile section drawing and the window type. The mould for a profile-specific part is developed in the plant, which is the difference between adapting a part and searching for one that nearly fits.
- By finish and colour — parts are finished to the colour ordered, so a set can follow the profile colour rather than sit on it in a different shade.
- By set — locking points, handing and rod lengths are fixed per order; the system pages show which figures you need to send.
What to send with a drawing
- The profile section, including the groove position and width.
- The window type and sash size — width, height and weight if known.
- The finish and colour, and the quantity for the first run.
- Any catalogue code you already use, so we can match it line by line.
Project supply
Supplying window makers and projects
The hardware on this site is supplied to window manufacturers and to project contractors, and the catalogue's own project pages are residential developments in China. They are domestic references: we do not present them as overseas projects or as customer references, and customer names are not published here.
If you are specifying a project, send the window schedule and the profile system and we will answer line by line with codes, load figures and quantities.
- Window makers — sets supplied against a profile and a window type, with the codes and fitting data on the system pages.
- Project contractors — a window schedule answered line by line, with the load figures for the components used.
- Distributors — component families by catalogue code, so a stocked line can be reordered without re-specifying it.
